Athar Network ("we", "us") runs atharnetwork.com and its brands, including the Egypt CSR & Sustainability Forum, the Circular and Green Economy Forum, the Egypt Business Solutions Summit, Athar Award, CSR Egypt, Estedama and Guerrilla Plus. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect - Information you give us in forms: your name, email, phone number, company, job title and your message, when you register for an event, request a meeting, ask about partnership or sponsorship, apply for a job, send feedback or subscribe to the newsletter. - Event information: your registration, ticket type, attendance and check-in, so we can run the event and send your invitation and QR ticket. - How you found us: the page or campaign that brought you to the site (for example a social media post), stored with your enquiry. - Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to stop spam and abuse; and anonymous page-speed measurements (no name or contact details). - With your consent only: Google Analytics statistics about how the site is used (see the Cookie Policy).
Why we use it - To answer your enquiry and provide what you asked for: registration, tickets, meetings, proposals. - To run our events and send event information, reminders and practical updates. - To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. - To protect the website from spam and misuse. - To understand and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with We use trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions: - Supabase: database and secure storage (servers in the European Union). - Our web hosting provider: runs the website. - Brevo: sends the website's emails, such as invitations, QR tickets, reminders and newsletters. - Zoho: our company email and business tools, used when you write to us or our team follows up with you. - Google Analytics: website statistics, only after you click Accept. - Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that forms are sent by people, not bots. - Anthropic: powers the "Ask Athar" assistant. Only the questions you type are sent to answer them; please don't type personal or sensitive information there.
Event partners and sponsors receive your details only if you agree to it, for example when you ask to meet them. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
